What are the check in and check out times?
Boarding: Check-in is between 3-6pm, Check-out is between 10am-12pm.
Daycare: From 10am-6pm, and guests can be checked in and out anytime in between.
Arrangements can be made for timings outside these time slots but may be subject to additional charges.
Will there be interaction between dogs?
No, interaction is strictly not allowed between dogs from different households. This is to ensure the safety of all dogs, and to prevent fights, pregnancy, spread of bacteria etc.
Are dogs which require special care able to board or attend daycare?
Yes, we accept dogs with medical conditions or who require special care on a case-by-case basis. Do contact us and we'll get back to you to understand more about your dog's condition.
Can I take a look at the rooms where the dogs will stay?
Sure! Contact us to make a viewing appointment and we'll be more than happy to give you a tour of the hotel. It is recommended that you give us a heads-up before coming to ensure there is a staff available to serve you, especially during peak hours.
How big are the different types of rooms?
Small Room: 1.2 sqm / 13 sqft
Medium Room: 2.3 sqm / 25 sqft
Large Room: 4.3 sqm / 46 sqft
Will food be provided?
We strongly recommend that you provide food for your dog. This is to prevent any stomach upset due to a change in diet as some dogs are more sensitive to new foods. No worries if your dog's food is chilled or frozen because we have a refrigerator and microwave if needed. Alternatively, you can purchase a bag of food from our retail section when your dog checks in. The brands of dry food that we carry is Merrick and Wellness CORE, which are both grain-free and made in USA.
Do I need to bring my dog's bed, bowls and toys?
It is advisable for you to bring your dog's bed, bowls and toys as these are familiar items which will help your dog settle into the new environment quicker. However, we are happy to provide freshly laundered house bedding and toys, at a convenience fee.
What are the vaccinations required?
Yearly booster shot (DHLPP). A flea and tick preventive (Frontline, Revolution, Bravecto, etc) is also required.
Bordetella (kennel cough) is recommended but not compulsory.
